This is a blend of two origins:

• Brazil – natural
• Peru – washed

ABOUT THE BLEND:

Black Field is a milk base espresso blend with Brazil and Peru. The blend we made was to represent a good blend of South and Central American flavours that the coffee originated from, we make this blend with a simplistic approach to satisfy our
consumers daily caffeine addiction. We can consume the blend black
or white (though our preference is white with this one).

Espresso:
Dose: 19-23 gm dosing accordingly to your basket size
Yield: 36-44 gm out using 1:1.8 brew ratio
TDS: 10.5-10.9%
Extraction: 19-20 % (preference)
